Bananas
Widely consumed worldwide, bananas are well known for their potassium content. Little do you know that they also offer a decent dose of magnesium. A large banana contains 37 mg of magnesium (9% of the DV).
Bananas are also a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin B6, manganese, and fiber. While ripe bananas are higher in sugar and carbs, unripe ones contain insoluble starch, potentially aiding blood sugar regulation and promoting gut health.
