Straight Leg Raise
Lie on your back with one knee bent and the other leg straight. Lift the straight leg off the ground, keeping it as straight as possible without locking the knee. Hold for a moment before slowly lowering the leg back down. Please resist the temptation to drop it immediately, as the lowering relaxes your muscles.
Repeat this movement for 8 to 12 repetitions on each leg.
Slouch and Straighten
While sitting in a chair, intentionally slouch your back, allowing it to curve forward slightly. Hold this reclined position for a few seconds before straightening your back as much as possible, engaging your core muscles. Hold the straightened position briefly before repeating this sequence 8 to 12 times.
